1. Service
Budget provides personal and shared financial tracking in Android and at budget.dojdu.com. Provider: Individual entrepreneur Skrybykin Nyurgun Gavrilovich, INN 143525314628, OGRNIP 325140000060559. Contact: skrybykindev@yandex.ru.
You accept these terms by confirming them in the app or signing in to your account after reviewing them. Processing is described in the data policy; acceptance of these terms does not replace separate consent where required.
2. Account and shared budgets
Website registration is closed; existing accounts can sign in. Android supports local tracking and server features. Keep passwords private and sign out on shared devices. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Permissions determine access to shared records, notes and photos. Check them before inviting participants. Only provide materials you may use and share; another person's personal data requires a lawful basis.
3. Use of the service
Do not access others' data, bypass restrictions, disrupt the service or upload malicious materials. Check amounts and imports; you make spending and saving decisions. Your materials are used to provide your selected features.
Access may be restricted for violations. Contact the provider to challenge restrictions or report errors. Features may evolve; material changes to terms are communicated in the service. Statutory rights and already purchased access terms remain protected.
4. Subscription
Settings show available features and limits. Android purchases use RuStore. Price, period, features, renewal and cancellation terms are presented separately before purchase. These general terms do not replace purchase terms or authorize payments.
You can cancel renewal in subscription settings; confirmed paid access remains until the period ends. Contact the provider and RuStore about payments or refunds under your purchase terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Leaving
Sign out or delete your account in settings with explicit confirmation. Cancel active renewal before deletion; a shared-family administrator must transfer administration. Some shared records remain for other participants as described in the data policy. You may email withdrawal of consent for specific processing without requesting account deletion.
The revision date appears above. New terms do not replace previously agreed paid-access terms or restrict statutory rights.
